Warwick Adler is a Principal Consultant at Object Consulting's and
is one of just five Software Engineering Institute Qualified CMMI Lead Appraisers in Australia.
He conducts appraisals of organisations' processes against the CMMI in order to help formulate strategies, resolve issues or explore
improvement goals within an organisation. He also conducts formal appraisals to give organisations a CMMI level rating.
Alan Abrahams is a Supervising Consultant
at Object Consulting and has gained significant industry experience in productivity measurement
and improvement with specific experience in IT processes. As a lead capability improvement specialist, he understands
the relationship between IT initiatives and the productivity effects of these on overall company financial performance.
